What's wonderful about all this is the TIME to listen. This whole process over the past year has really been about time. We've never stopped; never slowed down. We just always feel like we must be doing something. Our new mantra for health and beyond is "Don't just DO something--SIT there!!!" And in this case, don't just smell the roses, LISTEN TO THE MUSIC!!!
